NO IT DOESNT AT ALL WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU

It belongs in the fridge. But I keep mine in the cupboard. Ooo controversial.

Internet Blackout of the Day: The Great Wikipedia Blackout of 2012 has begun.
Reddit, TwitPic, Mozilla, Mojang, and thousands of others will soon follow suit. The Internet is officially on strike! Why? Because the House and Senate are conspiring with the entertainment industry to break the Internet.
Make no mistake: SOPA has not been shelved. And a vote on PIPA is just around the corner. Luckily, hundreds of companies, charities, and notable individuals with strong moral character have joined forces to stop these dangerous Big Brother bills from moving forward.
The fight is far from over, but hopefully today’s blackout will help bring this important matter to the attention of folks who rely on the Internet for entertainment and education, but have so far remained oblivious to SOPA and PIPA and their harmful consequences.
Do your part. Take action. Stop SOPA and PIPA and put an end to threat of Internet censorship. If you absolutely must scab, here are a few useful links:

Just because you listen to Hardcore doesn’t make you better than anyone else. Just because you’ve heard a record that someone else hasn’t heard of or bought a limited shirt that no one else has or made friends with some dude from some band doesn’t make you any cooler or any better than anyone…
Late start to the week,but bank holidays always mess my training up.
I started off with a light jog for about 10 minutes and some dynamic stretching.
Dumbbell Chest press : 4 sets/6-10 reps
Only doing around 32.5kg for 10 reps. I’ve lost some strength in my chest through some muscle neglect over Xmas. I do get much better muscle gains when lifting a little lighter but I like the big lifts!
Dumbbell Incline chest press :
Same sets and rep range, I did three sets of 25kg, again a loss in some strength but I do feel I gain more when lifting a little lighter.
Tricep push down : 4 sets / 8-12 reps
I go a little higher on the reps with my triceps but still stay in the hypertrophy range. My triceps are one of my strongest muscles and have alot of endurance, so I really have to punish them with some big push downs and a few sets of dips and close grip pushups.
A little tip for your push down technique;
Keep your elbows pinned to your sides
On the negative part of your rep (the upwards part) bring the bar as high as you can without your elbows leaving your side, using a full range of movement in your push down really hits all the heads of the triceps.l
